EPITA and Chang’An University Launch New Joint Bachelor’s Program in Artificial Intelligence

EPITA and Chang’An University announced the launch of a new joint Bachelor’s program in Artificial Intelligence. The four-year, full-time program, which is accredited by the Chinese Ministry of Education, will confer graduates a Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence. The inaugural cohort of the joint Bachelor’s program in Artificial Intelligence has started attended classes since September 2023.

Designed to train students who can address real-world challenges with AI, the 4-year joint Bachelor’s program will provide students with a strong foundation in programming and Mathematics skills, and the extensive knowledge of Artificial Intelligence Systems. Graduates will be able to solve complex problems deploying the techniques, models, and tools in Artificial Intelligence. Prospective students must have an excellent performance in the China’s National College Entrance Examination (Gaokao).

A Program that Offers the Best of Both Worlds

Leveraging the IT expertise from EPITA and Chang’An engineering excellence, this program spans eight semesters, which includes coursework, projects, and challenges with the emphasis of learning-by-doing approach. Students will attend courses on Chang’An campus in Xi’an, part of which are delivered by professors-in-residence from EPITA. The program is open to all high school students who have passed the China’s National College Entrance Examination (Gaokao).
